Rotor 0.4 released

Rotor 0.4 released

Hi everyone,

I have released Rotor 0.4, it can be found at http://home.hetnet.nl/~f2hjbrouwer120/index.html
Hope to be in time before division 4 starts...

Main changes are:
- mobility evaluation added
- king attack batteries added
- quiescence search more selective
- null-move reduction made adaptive

I feel that all basic features of a chess program are now present in this version,
so I am considering a total rewrite from scratch

A special thanks to Jim Ablett for providing the PGO optimized build.
