Antonio told me a few year ago that he would release Cerebro if it reached the 1st division but I have no idea if that still counts Question

"Hi Leo:

In one or two days more I'll make public Cerebro 3.03b. I need that time to write a README file with some instructions and acknowledgments so you can post this in your forum. But it seems to me that many people will be disappointed with the Cerebro's strength :-)
