Did paypal tell you why they blocked the account?

It seems bizarre to me that they would do such a thing.

They do.

First they asked for a copy of my ID card and something else to proof I am really me !?
I did that and got a message all was ok and mij account was working fully, one day later they blocked it and asked(ordered) me to send a copy of a cheque and proof that I dont need to pay taxes??

1. I never use cheques so I can not send a copy!!
2. I pay taxes like everyone else in NL so why/how should I proof I dont do not need to pay it??

They simply blocked the account.
Its ofcourse total nonsence what they do as I have a "controled" account since 2004.
