New engines silent release in CCC: 'Poor little Pinkus'

Hi Leo,

In the thread below about the next tourney managed by HG, Helge Milde 'silently released'
a new engine named 'Poor little Pinkus'.
So far there is only the source code available, but I am sure if Jim has an eye on it,
there will be an exe soon
