Leo,

It seems very strange that Quark 2.66 Alpha is being promoted from the 2nd to 1st Division. Clearly Quark deserved the promotion from its score in the Promotion tournament. But it was strange that Quark was allowed into the Promotion tournament. Quark finished a clear 9th place in the 2nd Division, and had a record below 50.0% at 45.5/92.0. I admit I haven't been following the 2nd Division closely, but now that this has happened, I wonder if I can get a belated explanation.

Hi Norm,

You are right, Quark should not have played but Abrok should have Exclamation

Means Quark will be removed from the results and Abrok will replay that games.
I have no idea why Abrok was not in the list, all other Promo's seems ok (the participants).
