Dika has no time control
It completely ignores the clock.
Matthias.
Re: WBEC Ridderkerk results..
Hi Matthias,
Better a chessengine without clock then another clone
We have far to much clones by now (legal or not, they destroy(ed) the fun of computerchess for a lot of people), I am no programmer but even I can "create my own strong chessengine", even a stable one with many options
I am sure DikaChess will be better soon anyway, Sylvain is pretty enthusiastic
Best wishes,
Leo.
The new crafty version seems to have gained a lot of strength
Professor Hyatt now has a giant Beowulf cluster he uses to test his ideas.
It looks like it is really starting to pay off now.

You are right, Leo.
I have not lost interest in engine programming.
ChessGUI took all my time, but I will update BigLion soon (I hope).
If BigLion is too old for WBEC, there is young and weak ArcBishop80 to replace him .
Best,
Matthias.
