It seems that the download link has been disabled for now. I guess I got excited when I saw something new was available, and I should ask the author's permission before announcing a new engine here.

Hi Tony,
I dont think you ned permission to announce a new engine when you find it at a homepage
I never ask anyway, it is publiced so no need for permission IMHO, I only wait until the engine is downloadable.
