New WB engine Shatranj

Kenny Dail reported a new/yet unknown WB program called Shatranj(Probably version 1.10 - haven't tested it yet) in the
CCC forum yesterday. It is programmed in Python! This means you need a Python package installed on
your machine in case you don't have one already.(The author says anything above version 2.3 is ok.)
The authors' name is Sam Tannous.
